By downloading or using Pushup Pro (package: com.jverse.pushup), these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Pushup Pro is designed for fitness tracking and recreational competition. You should consult your physician or health care professional before starting any physical exercise program. You use this application at your own risk.
Pushup Pro includes global leaderboards and 1v1 async duels. You agree not to attempt to cheat, tamper with rep counts, automate workout submissions, or alter network requests. Anti-cheat rate limiting and automated verification are enforced on server endpoints.
Pushup Pro offers in-app purchases handled securely via Google Play Billing: a one-time purchase ("Remove Ads") that removes all ad placements, and an auto-renewing subscription ("PRO Athlete") that unlocks unlimited human duels, the full leaderboard, pro avatars, and removes interstitials. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them at any time from your Google Play account settings. Purchases are non-transferable and subject to Google Play refund policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our anti-cheat rules or engage in abusive behavior on public leaderboards.
