PUSHUP PRO OFFICIAL

Privacy Policy & Terms

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

Welcome to Pushup Pro (package: com.jverse.pushup). We are committed to protecting your privacy while providing real-time AI computer vision rep tracking and 1v1 athletic duels.

1. Camera Usage & On-Device Vision

Pushup Pro requests access to your front camera solely for real-time motion tracking. Your camera feed is processed entirely on-device. We NEVER record, save, store, or upload video frames or camera images to any cloud server.

2. Data Lifecycle & Retention

Workout sessions and daily aggregates are stored in encrypted local storage and synced securely to Supabase PostgreSQL for global leaderboards and 1v1 matchmaking. Raw logs are automatically purged after 7 days.

3. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

You have full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated workout history at any time through either of the following methods:

• In-App Deletion: Open the Pushup Pro app → Go to Settings → Tap "Delete Account & Data" → Confirm deletion. This immediately deletes your cloud profile, wipes leaderboard records, cancels active duels, and clears local database storage.
• Web / Remote Request: Visit our dedicated Account & Data Deletion Page or email jaiminadac@gmail.com with your registered Google Account email. All your cloud data and personal information will be permanently purged from our servers within 7 business days.

4. Legal Documents & Policies

Explore our complete legal disclosures and compliance documentation:

• Privacy Policy (Comprehensive on-device vision, GDPR, DPDP, COPPA, Unity Ads, and AdMob terms)
• Terms of Service (Acceptable use, anti-cheat regulations, and in-app billing terms)
